Sarisa Freight Solutions is seeking a Carrier Sales Representative to establish, develop and maintain long lasting carrier relationships and further enable our mission as a top 3PL provider.  In this role, you are the face of Sarisa and our carrier’s main point of contact.  You’ll identify new capacity opportunities, maintain a portfolio of carriers, and develop high impact relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish, develop, and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with carriers
  • Secure capacity for existing loads and achieve monthly performance goals
  • Ensure customer freight is moving efficiently and on schedule
  • Manage exceptions and provide alternate solutions for carriers and customers.
  • Have fun while growing business!

Qualifications:

  • Relevant sales experience and an understanding of third-party logistics
  • Enthusiasm and energy for building relationships
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Attention to detail and goal oriented
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize certain responsibilities
